SCFB Educational Foundation Scholarships

The Leadership scholarships from the Educational Foundation are in honor of six past Farm Bureau leaders that had significant contributions made to the Foundation in their honor. Those six are: 

Robert R. Coker - S.C. Farm Bureau's first president
Edwin Hugh Agnew - S.C. Farm Bureau’s second president
Harry S. Bell - S.C. Farm Bureau’s fourth president
David M. Winkles, Jr. - S.C. Farm Bureau’s fifth president
J. W. Wamer, Jr., Member of SCFB Board and affiliate companies boards
C. B. Mitchell, Member of SCFB Board and affiliate companies boards

Betty J. DeWitt Scholarship
The DeWitt Award Program was initiated by the South Carolina Farm Bureau Women’s Committee to honor a faithful member and voluntary leader of the S.C. Farm Bureau Federation Women’s Leadership Committee and the American Farm Bureau Federation Women’s Leadership Committee. One scholarship will be awarded annually with the amount to be determined.

Donations to the SC Farm Bureau Educational Foundation

Individuals or groups are encouraged to participate in funding the SC Farm Bureau Educational Foundation by making tax-deductible contributions to the scholarship fund of their choice.

Contributions intended as memorial gifts should indicate the name of the person for whom the gift is given and the name and address of the family member designated to receive the acknowledgment of the gift.
