Registration is now open for the 2026 Women’s Leadership Conference. May 5, 2026 in Columbia at the Phillips Market Center at the State Farmers Market as we celebrate the International Year of the Woman Farmer.

This is a one-time, one-day event. Moving forward, Women's Conference will be held in the spring, and this one-day event will get us on the new schedule.

Conference Highlights:

Lisa Smartt

Lisa Smartt loves to laugh! She lives with her husband, Philip, in rural West Tennessee farm country. She’s written several books and travels around the country speaking about the joys and difficulties of the people business. She’s made a ton of mistakes and uses the lessons learned to encourage others. Philip and Lisa have two adult sons and two daughters-in-love. Her greatest desire is to love and encourage people in the midst of a sometimes painful and difficult world.
